By accessing or using Ceraph ("the Service"), operated by Ike Studios LLC., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ceraph is an automated visual testing tool that analyzes your codebase, generates test plans from pull request diffs, executes browser-based tests against preview deployments, and reports results via PR comments and chat notifications.

You retain all rights to your code. Ceraph does not claim ownership of your repositories, test artifacts, or application graphs generated from your code. The Service itself, including its algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ike Studios LLC.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your application graphs and test data will be deleted within 30 days.
Ceraph is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed bugs that Ceraph did not detect, test user data created in your preview environments, or downtime of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or chat notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
